“flexible modules”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to choose whether to build, implement and manage your own modules internally or get support from the team when needed. We've set up a large number of modules ourselves, including electronic forms, databases and dashboard reports. The latest was a module designed to track our actions for an upcoming Aged Care Registration Renewal and it was scoped, built and loaded with data in just two days. We also rely on the dashboard reporting to keep our executives informed and up to date on our progress.
Cons
A nice addition would be the ability to pull data from one module, run calculations on it and then push the result into another module. That's a pretty minor point though and more of a wish list item than a real issue.

The interface is very well organized which makes the platform really user friendly and simple to navigate.

One thing I don't like is that if the tab sits unused for an hour or two, you have to refresh it which can be frustrating if you forgot to save your work.
