“handy calendars”

Pros

Having both options, checking the calendar for a specific space or viewing the reservation calendar for every bookable area in the building, has been really useful. It helps me quickly figure out when other kids will be in the on site childcare or who is scheduled in certain offices so I can book the right time slot. I've also been able to plan podcast recordings, Skype calls and conference meetings reliably with the software. The member directory especially with skill tags, is helpful for making connections and finding people who can support my business. Another feature I really appreciate is the automated email I get after making a reservation, with a built in option to add it directly to my personal calendar. For light to moderate use, the whole process feels pretty smooth.

Cons

One thing that would make it better is the ability to select and compare spaces directly on the calendar. At the moment, it's either one room at a time or every reservable space all at once. I'd prefer to compare something like childcare bookings alongside available office reservations without having to sort through every other event happening in the building. Also, the member welcome page for my coworking organization looks a bit underwhelming visually although that may come down to how the admin set it up.
