Pros
Managing it is easy and the cloud based setup is a big advantage. It lets me help our customers get their system up and running without much trouble. The platform is also very stable and works well for what we need. On top of that the service and communication from the team have been really good.
Cons
It could use more backend functionality although I know those improvements are already on the company's roadmap.
