Pros
Getting started took only minutes thanks to the user friendly layout and the ready made templates available right out of the box. The support from their team has been phenomenal as well. I honestly can't think of another online service company that has proactively checked in to make sure everything was going well and asked whether we needed any help. That kind of follow up was genuinely refreshing and the platform itself is very easy to use.
Cons
A few of the Word documents can still have awkward table formatting but that's pretty typical for Word docs in general.

The QC Manual templates and overall structure give a solid starting point for customizing your own manual.
Cons
The monthly subscription feels unnecessary especially when I don't really need the online functionality.

Pros
This platform handles the majority of what our business needs and has a strong focus on WHS and environmental areas. We'd just like the option to switch the headings and terminology to something more general for broader business use.
Cons
It seems geared more toward manufacturing businesses and some parts of the workflow don't connect very well. It would also help to have more actions available for attaching evidence or documents to completed projects and tasks.
