“useful room booking tool”
Pros
Right from the web platform, it supports single sign on, gives a fast overview of room availability and lets you reserve rooms as needed, including adding notes and setup requirements.
Cons
It can be a bit glitchy at times for instance, when booking a longer meeting, it may still save it as the default 30 minute slot. It also took our organization quite a while to get it fully integrated with Outlook.

“modern UI”
Pros
Right from the start, Smartway2 handled our very detailed requirements without slowing things down and the implementation moved ahead quickly. The modern, attractive user interface is also a big plus and makes the whole system pleasant to use.
Cons
My only real complaint is that I wish I had heard about it sooner. It deserves more marketing and visibility.

“Meeting room panels are excellent”
Pros
Using it day to day has been going really well for our end users. It feels really polished and, while not completely foolproof, it comes very close. The meeting room panels have been especially impressive and made a big difference to how we manage our meeting rooms.
Cons
Support responds very quickly when the issue is simple but the more complicated cases can take quite a while to get resolved. I'd also love the option to trigger an instant sync between Smartway and Active Directory since right now it only runs on a schedule. That can be frustrating when new users need to be set up quickly although it's only a small complaint overall.
