“No one from support ever responds”

This software has potential but whenever you call with a question, you get sent straight to voicemail. Tech support is no different either.
Cons
At this point, DoorSwap.com, their sister company, seems like the better option because support here is basically gone. We're dealing with major problems and can't get a single person on the phone. On top of that our customers are no longer able to use iPhone or Android devices to change passwords or lease a unit. It's been extremely disappointing.

It has been very simple to use and the software itself feels solid and dependable. The support team has also been excellent to work with and makes the overall experience even better.
Cons
Nothing specific comes to mind right now. We've worked with several self storage software platforms over time and they all tend to have some weaknesses but Storage Commander covers more of what we need than most of the others.

Their credit card processing rates are among the best I've seen in the industry and the team is responsive and pleasant to work with.
Cons
The software took far too long to be built and after waiting so long, I eventually gave up.
