Slow setup

Pros

As we've been building out a preventive maintenance program for our work order processes and equipment upkeep, the technical support team has been consistently available to help us shape the workflow and overall direction. They've been very thorough when it comes to setting up our company data in the system and the one on one training has been helpful for clearing up questions and addressing concerns along the way.

Cons

It would have helped a lot if training videos or a built in learning platform had been included from the start to cover basic software functions so users could train staff more effectively and understand the kinds of errors that might come up and how to fix them. Some formatting and functionality also need improvement, like being able to make small grammar or wording updates without having to rely on technical support to import tables and reupload something for a single text change. It should also be much simpler at the admin level to create and reorganize equipment IDs and assets as company processes grow. Certain functions are too difficult to reach and general navigation takes too many clicks in places. Updates about its changes would also be better delivered through video rather than just written descriptions since visuals would make interface changes much easier to follow. And when technical issues come up, it would be beneficial to work with or choose, a technician who already knows our past issues when handling future support requests.

reliable maintenance integration

Pros

Having this software in place gave us a solid way to organize and manage equipment maintenance. It also works very well with our main ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 and that integration was a major factor when we chose a CMMS solution.

Cons

While Im not personally using it day to day, I also haven't heard any complaints from the people who do so there's nothing specific I can really call out.
