“fair pricing”
Pros
After reviewing around 150 hot desk booking tools on the market, most of them felt overpriced for the value they offered. We narrowed it down to about 10 serious options and tested those in detail. Thid really stood out because the booking process is so simple and user friendly compared with the competition. The support team has also been amazing. On top of that the pricing model feels fair since we pay based on the hot desks managed rather than per user.
Cons
At first, Tribeloo did not include a German language translation. However, with the help of their incredibly responsive support team, that was resolved within just a few days. We are also missing a few statistics reports but honestly that is not a major issue for us.

The single sign on setup was quick and efficient and everyone on my team understood how to use the system almost immediately. The support team has been outstanding and the QR code sign in is easily one of the features we use the most.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints because everything works well. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be a more interactive weekly calendar so it's easier to see who will be in the office throughout the week on a schedule or table view.
