“best form builder”
Pros
Hands down one of the strongest form builders I've used. It offers tons of customization, a huge range of data source integrations and destination options, supports both prebuilt and custom document generation, includes a solid REST API and the built in form dispatch feature is really useful.
Cons
The interface could use a little more polish. It feels somewhat intimidating at the beginning but once you understand how it works, it becomes much more manageable.

“works well for field teams”
Pros
This is one of those tools that simply does what it's supposed to do. It lets our field technicians send their refrigeration PMs straight into SharePoint and Salesforce without any hassle.
Cons
There's nothing to complain about. Even the pricing feels fair and we brought in this app because Microsoft Forms wasn't workable for our field techs.

“top notch team”
Pros
From the initial evaluation all the way through implementation, this has been fantastic. Both the team and the product have been first rate the entire time. Absolutely outstanding.
Cons
Honestly the experience has been positive overall and I've been a customer for a long time. The only small bumps came during the rebrand from ProntoForms to TrueContext, mostly around the marketing materials.

“user friendly setup”
Pros
Creating forms isnt hard and the interface feels very user friendly. Setting up users and assigning forms to them was also simple even for someone doing it for the first time.
Cons
Every now and then the app runs into technical glitches that can cause forms not to transfer properly or affect other functions.

“instant field reports win”
Pros
Having the mobile forms in place has made a huge difference for our team. Our field techs can complete inspection reports and work orders right on site and the data shows up at the office immediately once they submit it. After one especially long day, I got back to the office and all of that day's form submissions were already there before I even sat down. The conditional logic is also really helpful because it only shows the team what applies to each job which cuts down on confusion and lowers the chances of someone missing instructions in the field.
Cons
Building the more complex forms does take time. The logic setup isn't overly difficult to understand but it's definitely not something you pick up overnight. The mobile app does the job well though it feels less polished than the desktop version and that matters when our field team is using it every day in rough conditions. One smaller frustration is that form submission notifications can sometimes arrive late and because we have to wait until an inspection is completed before moving a job forward, that delay can be annoying.

“easy access to documents”
Pros
There's a real sense of reliability with this app which is something I value a lot. It also gives us access to documents almost instantly and that makes a big difference in day to day work.
Cons
One area that could be better is the transfer of a document or a checklist. At times it takes too long and it ends up getting lost somewhere in the process or as we call it here, stuck in limbo.

“Highly customizable reports”
Pros
Using it has been very easy and one of its best features is how customizable the reports are. The platform has a great UX overall which makes it pleasant to work with.
Cons
It still has some bugs and those issues can make my work take much longer than it really should.

“powerful forms for field teams”
Pros
It stands out for its strong field focused capabilities. It lets us build dynamic forms with logic, validations and workflows without needing a lot of coding knowledge. The offline functionality and quick data capture features, like photos and signatures, are especially valuable for field teams. On top of that we're able to customize the output documents as needed.
Cons
At times the interface feels a bit complicated especially when working through more complex form settings or workflows. A more modern UI would make the overall experience even better.

“Simple to import data”
Pros
Building all kinds of forms for our plant has been very easy. It's also simple to import data into the forms and export information back out when needed. I'd definitely recommend using ProntoForms.
Cons
The only real downside has been a slight learning curve with some of the newer updates. The update screen does include a nice visual in the interface but figuring out what changed and where certain items moved can take a little time.

“most effective option I've used”
Pros
Compared with other tools I've used for this kind of work, this has been the most effective for building and editing forms. The technicians are able to work with it without any trouble. It covers what we need and overall the whole team has adapted to the program really well at this point.
Cons
This platform does have a bit of a learning curve before you can work with it and feel fully comfortable. Creating a table at the start is also quite confusing which makes that part of the system harder to work with than it should be.

“clean interface”
Pros
Right away, it felt very easy to work with. The interface is clean and well organized so getting around the platform is simple even if you are completely new to it. Things that would normally seem complicated are laid out in a much more organized way which saves a lot of time and effort. One part I really appreciated was how quickly I could get comfortable using it without needing a lot of training. The workflows are clear and the overall experience feels efficient and well put together. It does a really good job of making more complex processes feel manageable and that is exactly what I want from a tool built for productivity and team alignment.
Cons
One area where it could improve is multilingual support. Even though the platform is user friendly overall, it still feels mainly geared toward English speaking users. That can create challenges for teams and organizations working across different regions. Broader language support would make it much more inclusive and accessible especially for global teams that need to collaborate without friction.

“simplifies our operations”
Pros
From the admin side, the program really shines in the amount of control and consistency it brings to the whole organization. Admins can set up strong conditional logic, require key fields, handle version control and make sure users follow the same processes which helps cut down on mistakes and lowers compliance risk. It also makes a big difference being able to manage user permissions, automate workflows and approvals and send data straight into an ERP or other business systems, reducing manual entry and improving accuracy. On top of that having centralized oversight of users, submissions and revisions, along with dependable offline capability, gives admins clear visibility and confidence that field data is being captured properly and efficiently. Overall, it does a lot to simplify operations while still keeping governance and data integrity firmly in place.
Cons
Creating and maintaining advanced conditional logic, integrations and workflows can take a lot of time especially as forms become larger and more complex. Even small updates often need careful testing to make sure they do not trigger unintended downstream issues and handling version control across different user groups can add extra administrative work. On top of that dealing with sync problems, integration breakdowns or user mistakes can put a heavy burden on admins since it requires technical know how and constant oversight. It is a very capable system but that same level of power comes with a steeper learning curve and more ongoing maintenance responsibility.

“Reliable sync”
Pros
This platform stands out for how flexible and customizable it is. You can create mobile forms designed specially for your needs without needing complicated coding which makes it a very efficient option for all kinds of field operations. The offline capability is another huge benefit since teams can keep collecting data in remote areas without a signal and everything syncs properly once they are back online. On top of that its integrations with systems like SharePoint, Power BI and CRM tools help simplify workflows and cut down on manual admin work. The interface feels user friendly and the mobile app has been very reliable.
Cons
Getting started can be a bit intimidating especially for new users who are not familiar with form logic or workflow automation. Some of the more advanced features definitely come with a learning curve and may require support from an administrator. Also, while the platform offers a lot of power, the pricing can be a challenge for smaller teams or organizations working with tighter budgets.

“helpful support team”
Pros
Being able to capture plenty of photos directly inside a form is a big advantage and the translation options are also really useful. On top of that their team has been very helpful whenever needed.
Cons
The 20MB submission limit feels restrictive and would be better if it were increased. It would make sense to allow larger submissions, such as up to 40MB even if that meant limiting certain features like automated email sending.

“Handles complex conditional logic”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths of this platform is how well it handles complex conditional logic in forms. It has really improved and organized the way we collect data in the field and the integration with our existing back office systems has been smooth. The offline capability is also very dependable which is crucial for working in areas with weak connectivity because we don't have to worry about losing data.
Cons
Figuring out the advanced document templating and custom integrations can be a bit challenging for new users since the learning curve is fairly steep at first. On top of that the web portal feels a little outdated and could use a more modern interface to make admin tasks easier.

“real time reporting boost”
Pros
The biggest advantage has been how easily it connects with the systems we already use. Automatically generating reports and pushing them to the cloud in real time has made a huge difference in improving our workflow.
Cons
It does take some effort to start using it because the learning curve feels fairly steep. The support documents and guides often gloss over the basic steps, as if users already understand how the system works which makes it less friendly for beginners than other tools I've tried.

“powerful workflow customization”
Pros
It works really well for field operations and workflow management because it's so customizable. The form builder makes it possible to set up detailed, structured workflows that actually reflect real business processes without needing a lot of development effort. It has helped create more consistency in data collection and gives better visibility across projects. The support team has also been responsive and genuinely helpful whenever questions came up. They give clear direction and follow through properly which matters a lot when dealing with technical issues or configuration challenges.
Cons
Feeling fully comfortable with the platform does take some time especially when building advanced workflows or more complex form logic. A few features are a bit confusing to use so there is definitely a learning curve at the beginning. From time to time, there are minor bugs or small system glitches, particularly when updating forms or making structural changes. That said, those issues are usually addressed pretty quickly once they're reported. Some parts of the UI could also use a more modern refresh to make the overall experience feel better.

“Solid forms for field teams”
Pros
Building and modifying forms works really well and there's a wide range of options to work with. The collaboration tools are dependable too. Getting started can take a bit of time because the learning curve is somewhat steep but once the basics click, it becomes much easier to use this app effectively. Overall, the forms do a lot to simplify field work.

“clean invoices”
Pros
Its invoice layout is one of my favorite parts because it gives everything a very professional, polished look. The forms come out neat and organized as well and that makes a real difference for our customers since they get a clear view of what the project includes.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is when I create a contract, it generates one version for the customer and another for the crew but the crew copy is usually less complete. It often leaves out project photos that would actually be helpful for my team while they're on site. It may be something I can adjust but I'm not completely sure.
