“desk booking with Outlook sync”
Pros
The floor map is the feature I rely on most for reserving my desk and checking which meeting rooms are available. The integration with Outlook works smoothly and having the option to add Webex meetings is a big plus.
Cons
The voice feature still needs work. People are used to assistants like Siri handling most prompts well so it would be much better if I could just say something like "book me a meeting room at 3pm on Wednesday" and have it done without being taken through several extra prompts.

“outstanding support”
Pros
Our onboarding and the support team have been fantastic, really going above and beyond whenever needed. The product itself is simple to navigate and very user friendly.
Cons
Getting the most out of the software does require some behavioral change if your company hasn't worked with similar solutions before. That feels more like an internal adjustment on the company side than an issue with the program itself.

“supportive team”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how friendly and efficient the support has been. The platform gives us strong visibility across all the key parts of workspace management, like devices, comfort levels, occupancy and more which is exactly what we were looking for. Having a dedicated support team available to walk me through the process and troubleshoot issues made a big difference as well.
Cons
Implementation isn't the easiest part of the experience since it does require quite a bit of hands on help from their team. That said, whenever I ran into an issue, support was quick to respond and helped me work through it without much delay so honestly I couldn't have asked for better help from the team. 10/10 support.
