“fantastic reporting”
Pros
One of the best parts of Umbrava is the reporting. With just a click, I can dig deep into all kinds of client metrics and there are so many reporting options available that it feels almost unlimited. The platform as a whole is also very user friendly so learning how to use it and getting around the site doesn't take much time. Since it's web based, it also makes multitasking a lot more convenient.
Cons
There are still occasional bugs here and there that could use some fixing.
