New features and quality of life updates keep being added and the software continues to get better over time. Their team is also receptive to feedback and appears to use that input when planning future improvements to the platform.
Cons
A few functions were built in a way that doesn't fully match how our business works. That said, Urbanise has been willing to collaborate with us on solutions and help adapt the platform to better fit our needs.
