Pros
The workflows are very smooth and I can always see the step I'm currently on in the left hand panel which makes everything easier to follow.
Cons
Some fields can't be removed completely so certain workflows end up looking a bit cluttered and untidy.

It's simple to use and doesn't take much effort to get comfortable with.
Cons
It still lacks integration with MS Teams and SharePoint which is a noticeable gap. BadgerMail is especially hard to set up and troubleshoot and it creates a lot of frustration for end users when emails don't come through. That feature really needs stronger support because it can end up being a major blocker for teams trying to use the system.
