I think its biggest strengths are its simplicity, flexibility and how well it fits with industry needs.

Cons

Up to now, every issue we've had has been handled very well by the support team. Looking ahead, it would be ideal if Vizito added an employee access control solution to its offering so everything could be managed within one single platform.

This app automatically sends email and SMS notifications to the person receiving the visitor which makes the whole check in process really convenient.

Cons

What could be better is letting visitors sign themselves out more easily, like from their smartphone, instead of having to return to the tablet. That step often gets skipped so I end up checking them out manually.

Anyone can walk in and use it without any trouble, no matter their age. The whole system is very easy to use and works without any problem.

I honestly haven't run into any issues with this system at all.

Guest registration, sending invitations, notifications and the automatic printer connection are all really useful. Once everything is configured properly, the system works very well and the overall functionality is really nice.

Printer compatibility is frustrating. Other label printers did not work very well with the system and even the recommended Brother printer often loses its connection to the iPad whenever labels are reloaded. Because of that, we end up having to reset the connection between the iPad and printer at least once a week which gets pretty annoying.

Getting the printer connected was a bit tricky and there wasn't any on premises support available.

Vizito has brought a lot of value to us especially through its strong security capabilities. Being able to pre register visitors and automate badge printing has noticeably improved our security procedures. The photo capture feature adds another level of identification which makes our premises feel even safer. On top of that the real time visitor tracking gives us clear visibility into visitor flow, helping us manage and allocate our resources more efficiently.

Cons

There is only one minor downside worth mentioning: the mobile app on the iPad can occasionally respond a bit faster. It would also be useful to have a dedicated admin phone app so we could quickly and conveniently check check ins and check outs while on the go. That said, this slight delay has had very little effect on our overall excellent experience with this app.

Getting this tool up and running was quick. It covers all the features we needed and the chat support has been excellent. Whenever we have questions, the team responds fast and resolves them quickly. The pricing is also very attractive.

Cons

One small thing we'd like to see improved is the check out process. We'd prefer to choose which field a visitor uses when checking out but right now it only allows the same field the guest used to look themselves up in the registered visitors list.

That said, the internal structure can be inconvenient to work with and the lack of options to customize the setup externally makes it feel more restrictive than it should.

This platform lets you customize visitor types and badge formats based on a wide range of preferences. It also gives you the option to print badges ahead of time which is really helpful for handling larger crowds more efficiently.

The dashboard feels too rigid and isn't very clear to navigate. It would be better if a few more configuration options were available.

Easy to use and the support team is always friendly and genuinely helpful. Whenever I reach out, I usually get a response back pretty quickly.

Something that's missing is the option to remove visits afterward, such as test entries, records added by mistake or visits that ultimately never took place.

From my side everything is quite understandable. The only issue is that some visitors feel a bit uncomfortable because entering their information can take extra time especially when they're already late for an interview or meeting.

Right from the start, it has been very user friendly. The assisted setup made everything quick and being able to use static QR codes for different entrances along with contactless sign in has worked really well for us. The option to choose from 26 languages is also essential in our workplace since we employ many overseas workers.

So far we don't feel anything is missing. It fits our business needs perfectly.
