Vizito's multilingual interface, along with how simple it is to add multiple languages to our check in flow, is a big advantage for us. Having an unlimited number of administrators is also very useful, since IT, marketing and HR can each manage their own account in this. The notification system works well and the dashboard makes it easy to monitor usage and keep track of visitor registrations.

Honestly we haven't run into any downsides with Vizito. The tool is very versatile without becoming complicated. All features are simple to manage and you only use the ones you actually need.

After using this app for years, what keeps standing out is how dependable it is, how simple the user experience feels and how consistently helpful the customer service has been. We've also really appreciated the level of attention and support we've received throughout the time we've been using the app.

I can't point to any specific weaknesses or areas that obviously need improvement which is honestly a very good sign.

It is a great solution that fits our needs really well. The SSO setup makes user management much simpler, the Teams integration is useful for notifications and having GDPR built in right out of the box was a big plus for us. What really sold us was that we haven't come across another tool offering this same mix of features under such favorable conditions in terms of pricing, support and willingness to adapt.

Cons

There are only a few small areas where it could be better. Batch numbers could be integrated more effectively and some location specific functions still need improvement especially when it comes to cross location users and allowing employees to act as hosts at other locations.

Using this tool has been very easy thanks to its simplicity and user friendly interface. I also really appreciate being able to use a virtual tablet through a web browser for testing before going live. On top of that the Vizito support team is really responsive and quick to help.

So far, I haven't run into any issues. Everything works exactly as it should and I haven't faced any blockers. The software feels very well designed for our needs.

We use this app daily and its been going really well. The different login methods are a real plus especially having the choice between a local iPad and using a personal mobile device. It also offers solid customization and admin capabilities and the product support has been excellent.

The interface could use some refinement and a few visitors have mentioned having trouble with the QR code which led to sign in failures.

The whole process runs automatically and from the visitor's side it looks very professional as well. From a GDPR perspective, it's a much better solution than using a paper visitor log.

Emails to the people receiving visitors are sometimes missed which means the visitor still ends up having to wait.

Printer has shown quite a few issues and we are still looking for a practical method to handle things properly in case of an evacuation.

Every now and then, the tablet suddenly shuts down unexpectedly even when it is fully charged. We haven't been able to resolve that issue.

The only thing missing is the ability to save the details of people who register which would be a very welcome addition.

The system has been reliable to use and the support from the team has been especially valuable. They always replies quickly, makes system management much easier and clearly knows the product very well. We also really appreciate the team's flexibility especially with the time difference between their location and here in the US.

At this point, we really don't have any complaints. We've only recently started using the system but everything has been working very well so far. If anything comes up later, we'll update our review.

Excellent value for the price and the platform was quick to get up and running. It's easy to use and I'd absolutely recommend it. The online training videos and FAQs were also very convenient to find which made it simple to learn more and adapt the system to fit our needs.

Cons

One challenge is the learning curve for visitors especially when many of our guests are older and not very comfortable using their phones to manage the app and QR code process.

Getting this platform installed and up and running was very simple. I've also been really satisfied with the communication from their team whenever I had a question.

It was set up very quickly and without much hassle. You can add your own content, like photos and other visuals which makes it feel much more like it belongs to your own organization and matches your branding.

A downside is that the number of registrations pushes the license cost up quite a bit. We had not fully anticipated that so our monthly expenses ended up increasing significantly.
