Pros
It goes well beyond safety and risk documentation for us. Since the platform works with PDF templates, we can also use it for environmental records, HR processes and pretty much anything that used to sit on a clipboard and be filled out by hand is now handled from my phone, tablet or desktop. Having Journey Management and Lone Worker compliance built in too, something we previously needed a separate tool for, adds even more value.
Cons
This is a bit of a minor complaint but the interface could use a refresh. That said, they've been asking a lot of questions around that area lately so it feels like version 4.0 may already be on the way.
