“powerful self service documentation”
Pros
Getting started with this software is simple and doesn't take much training. Support is available both online and by phone and whenever I've needed help, the response time has been outstanding. One of the biggest benefits is being able to create my own projects in the system and produce all the documentation I need on my own. It's also really helpful that database updates and maintenance can be shared across team members instead of falling on just one person.
Cons
The downside in my organization is that access to the application is simply too expensive. I really wish the pricing were structured better because I would use this tool consistently across every project if the cost were more manageable.

“all projects in one view”
Pros
Keeping projects under control is much simpler with this. Having all the equipment and software visible in one place makes everything much more manageable.
Cons
Now and then it can be a bit slow but that seems to be related to my company's network or server rather than the software itself.
