“desk booking function works well”

Pros

Booking and reserving a desk with this app is quick and very easy. You can make a reservation and check your booking either in a browser on desktop or mobile or through the app. Everything simply works as expected.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this as a desk booking tool for our office. It simply does what it's supposed to do.

“fast reservations from anywhere”

Pros

Being able to use it from either my phone or my computer has been great. It's quick and practical which is especially helpful since I spend a lot of my time working from home.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is showing the colleague's name when I click on a room photo that's already booked.

“handy reminders”

Pros

Right away, it feels easy to use. It's clear which desks are already booked and the reminder feature is something I really appreciate.

Cons

Using it while moving around isn't always as convenient especially in the mobile app so improving some of that functionality would definitely help.
