Fixed our sales team's visibility gap

One of the aspects of It that impressed me most is how it surfaces near real-time visibility into our salespeople's activities which has been invaluable. As a B2B organization managing sizable and widely scattered sales teams, we frequently faced difficulties obtaining immediate, actionable insight into what our reps were doing and how they were performing, and that lack of transparency often translated directly into missed deals and suboptimal go-to-market decisions. After a sales executive on our staff recommended adopting a CRM, I took the time to investigate options and came across It and being able to trial the platform at no cost for up to 5 users each month allowed me to evaluate it hands-on, ultimately I became convinced it was the right tool to address and significantly reduce our operational inefficiencies.

Cons

I can honestly say there is scarcely anything about It that frustrates me, its consistent reliability and powerful effectiveness have been so convincing that our team has been relieved of any pressure to hunt for alternative platforms or add-on products because It sufficiently covers our requirements and has removed the necessity to juggle multiple disparate systems or seek additional solutions.

Being a B2B organization, we frequently contended with sprawling, geographically scattered sales teams, a situation that routinely made it difficult for our managers to gain immediate, real-time visibility into individual activities and overall performance and which in turn led to missed opportunities and sales approaches that were often ineffective. When one of my sales executives recommended we adopt a CRM system, I took the time to research our options and came across It.. after trialing the application free for five users each month, I became convinced that it was uniquely suited to address the inefficiencies we were experiencing. In particular, the 'assist' functionality which combines machine learning models, peer performance comparisons, contextual signals and location awareness to guide salespeople toward the right actions on the right deals at precisely the right times has evolved into an essential, everyday tool for our sales staff.

There has not been anything about this application that has required us to fuss, troubleshoot, or be bothered anymore.

Its mobile application helps our team to produce tailored reports on the fly and to extract actionable analytics about individual and collective performance and productivity which I rely on heavily when planning resource allocation. All told, it has become a mission-critical tool that directly contributes to our company's growth and operational success.
