When one of my sales executives recommended we adopt a CRM system, I took the time to research our options and came across It.. after trialing the application free for five users each month, I became convinced that it was uniquely suited to address the inefficiencies we were experiencing. In particular, the 'assist' functionality which combines machine learning models, peer performance comparisons, contextual signals and location awareness to guide salespeople toward the right actions on the right deals at precisely the right times has evolved into an essential, everyday tool for our sales staff.
