Pros
When I need to study or perform additional translations, 1Channel makes handling the data remarkably simple because the information is consistently refreshed from time to time so that we aren't forced to rely on anyone else.
Cons
I have been impressed by this software's performance and honestly I cannot find anything about it that I would dislike.

“Best for on-the-go meetings
Pros
What I appreciate most about the application is its clean, interactive interface which makes it easy for me to walk my team through the workflows and the dashboards it generates are particularly helpful by providing timely, on-the-go information so that I can kick off meetings with a quick snapshot and ultimately save a considerable amount of time.
Cons
I run into issues caused by connectivity problems but I discovered that the app can be used offline and aside from these intermittent network-related disruptions, everything else works well for me.

There are many aspects of this tool that I find appealing but the feature I value most is the market-working functionality since it allows me to easily create any market task or query and, in doing so, capture my field presence and convert those observations into valuable, usable data.

Pros
Across both the app and the portal I find the overall user interface to be highly interactive and friendly and because the system includes Assists that support promoters in their daily responsibilities, I have to say it is simply awesome!
Cons
I find it frustrating that several modules exist solely on the web portal and I would really appreciate it if comparable functionality could be implemented within the mobile applications as well.

Using the One Channel application as part of my promoter-base program, I have found it extremely convenient for accessing reports since it offers a wide range of options that satisfy all of my reporting requirements.
Cons
I notice that the reports I receive lack sufficient data because certain inputs that users are supposed to push haven't arrived, yet the helpdesk team consistently offers practical suggestions to retrieve or recover those missing data that failed to appear in the report due to synchronization interruptions.

Ever since I've relied on the services provided by the 1Channel team, it's not that I haven't come across issues I certainly have but their staff have consistently guided me through those difficulties and helped me get back on track.
Cons
Although I appreciate that the 1Channel application offers a wide range of reporting features, I find that certain reports only become available on the following day and I would prefer to receive that data within the same day whenever possible.

Because startup operations demand rapid delivery, Sakshi and her team moved quickly to develop the tool in a very short timeframe, allowing us to realize maximum benefit from it.
Cons
I have nothing substantial to complain about, the only aspect that requires patience is that customised reports tend to take some time to build initially but once they are completed they effectively address our needs and prove entirely worth the wait. Because the platform captures and displays data with clarity and precision, a wide range of necessary follow-up actions can be taken based on the insights provided.
