3C Connect simplifies HVAC jobs!

Pros

3C Connect has so many features that make my daily work easier, and I use them all the time. Keeping records organized by customer, job site, and equipment is a huge help because I can quickly find past work without any hassle. I also like that service calls are linked to these records, so pulling up details later is super easy. The scheduling and dispatch system is another big plus, it lets me assign techs, link appointments to job sites, add notes and block off time without any confusion. The built-in price book is a game changer! I can build prices right in the field and create invoices on the spot, plus I can add billing items and discounts easily. All the notes I enter stay saved, whether they are for customers or just for internal use. Every call and work order is time-stamped, so I always know when a tech arrived and left. The debriefing tools help me organize calls for reports and track revenue and I love how easy it is to sort through reports and find the info I need. There are also a ton of technical resources available and honestly, I keep finding more things I like about it!

Cons

Honestly, it is hard to find anything to complain about. The dispatch and tracking system is easy to use and the team keeps improving the software with frequent updates. The only minor issue I have noticed is that it takes a little time to load a technician's report as a PDF when I want to preview, print, or save it. But I do like that I can save the PDF for my own records when needed.

Game-changer for HVAC businesses

Pros

It is super easy to use! As a technician, I love how simple it is to document issues and solutions by snapping pictures and adding them to the work order. Those pictures automatically get sent to the customer in their final invoice, which adds a ton of value for them. As an owner, I really like the reporting tools that help me track how my techs are performing on the job. It makes it easy to see where they can improve in how they work and communicate with customers, which ultimately leads to higher service ticket values.

Cons

There is really nothing I do not like about it. The developers actually listen to contractor feedback and roll out updates that make a real difference.

Smooth and easy to use

Pros

My fav thing about this software is how easy it is to train my team to use it. Everything is super easy, so I do not have to spend much time explaining how it works to new employees. I also love that I can customize my dashboard to highlight the features I use the most and hide the ones I do not need.

Cons

Anytime I have run into an issue, it has been fixed right away. There are no major concerns that stand out.
