The best way to schedule

Pros

Scheduling used to be so stressful but with this, it's a total game-changer. It really takes all the pressure off and I don't have to worry about getting things mixed up anymore.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints but I'm still getting the hang of a few features.

Good, but can be improved

Pros

I like how simple it is to use. Honestly, even a toddler could book an appointment if they wanted to.

Cons

I can't use any pictures with my appointments, which is a bummer. Also, sometimes my clients complain that their card doesn't work, which can be frustrating.

Great solution

Pros

It works great with very little oversight. I can just let it do its thing and it books clients smoothly without any trouble. It's such a relief not having to micromanage it.

Cons

It's a bit expensive for what it offers. Honestly, a service like this should be under $10 a month.

Top choice for bookings

Pros

I really appreciate how I can set up my schedule and have it automatically repeat for regular clients. It saves me a ton of time! The reminder texts and emails are also a great feature, they keep everyone on track and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Cons

It can be a little glitchy sometimes. For instance, I can't always edit an appointment, so I end up deleting and rebooking it. It's not a huge issue but it happens now and then.

Highly customizable software

Pros

Everything feels well organized and simple to handle. It's also very customizable so you can set it up to look exactly the way you want.

Cons

The main downside is the payment cost. Aside from the pricing on payments, I really don't have any other complaints.

Brilliant support

Pros

I really appreciate how accessible it is for both my clients and me. I can use it just as well from my phone as I can from my computer without any hassle. It covers all of my scheduling needs, including the different services I provide and even massage packages. I also had a question at one point and needed help and support got back to me quickly with an immediate answer.

Cons

Honestly the only downside and it really is my only one, is more of a personal preference from being used to Apple products. When I'm on my phone, I'd prefer to swipe or scroll into the next month the way the Apple calendar works, instead of having to tap a next button. Even then, it's such a small thing and really not a major issue.

Meets my needs

Pros

It has felt very simple for everyone to use and incredibly convenient. It fit into my business without any hassle and I really appreciate being able to keep an up-to-date schedule right at my fingertips through the app.

Cons

The most tedious part for us is having to manually add our appointments, especially since we're scheduling for a doctor, even though it doesn't take very long. It would be nice if there were a simpler scheduling layout or a template option to make that process better.

Fantastic text reminders

Pros

The text reminders have been amazing and the app is very simple to use.

Cons

Every now and then, the desktop version has glitches where appointments booked through the app do not appear on the desktop.

Easy access to my calendar

Pros

Clients can open my calendar, book their own appointments and the system automatically sends out reminders.

Cons

I only receive appointment reminders on my cell phone when I'm logged in on my computer.

Happy with the service

Pros

After using a different service that was just okay, switching to this has been a big improvement. The backend is much more capable and the front end is far more user-friendly. I'm extremely happy with the service overall.

Cons

There's only one small thing I'd want changed, having the option to customize the SMS reminder would make it even better.

Flexible access for everyone

Pros

Having quick access on both the business side and the client side is something I really appreciate. It works well for me when managing things myself and it's just as convenient for clients to use.

Cons

The only downside I'd mention is the color coordination for different services which could be improved.

Sends emails to clients automatically

Pros

It sends text messages and emails to clients automatically. It's also nice that the system keeps track of deposits which makes managing bookings a lot more convenient.

Cons

There's no way to enter a cash transaction for a deposit. On top of that, the deposit tracking isn't always shown in one consistent place so sometimes you have to dig through different tabs to find the information.

Outstanding tech support

Pros

Right away, the appointment confirmations and reminders were a hit with our clients and everyone we talked to was really happy to have them. It's also nice being able to set up different services and the system is very simple to use. Tech support has been outstanding too, Geno is incredibly responsive, took every one of our suggestions seriously for future updates and even helped import more than 1,200 clients from a CSV file into the software for us.

Cons

At the moment, there isn't a simple built-in printing option although Geno did help us with a workaround that's been working perfectly fine for now. It would also be nice to have color-coding for services or appointments.

Limited customization

Pros

I really appreciate the reminder feature since it helps keep appointments on track. The app is also fairly simple to use which makes it accessible for people of all ages.

Cons

That said, it really needs more customization options. It would also be much better if you could click and drag clients to move them around on the calendar more easily and there should definitely be a place to add notes.

Pros

It's helped my business grow and brought amazing results. Honestly, it's one of the best booking platforms out there and I'd recommend it to any business that needs one.

Cons

Simplifies online booking

Pros

Having this system in place makes online booking really convenient. Both my clients and I get email notifications, confirmations are sent automatically and I'm alerted when they confirm. It also makes it simple for clients to book with me online while I'm busy and can't respond right away.

Cons

The calendar on the app feels a bit glitchy and clunky at times. It does always load in the end but it could definitely use some improvement.

Handy mobile app

Pros

Using the app on my phone is really convenient and when I'm out and about I can still update and manage my clients' schedules without any hassle.

Cons

My only real complaint is that the app doesn't let me send payment requests. That would be such a valuable feature, especially when booking a client because collecting a deposit is one of the most important parts of securing both the client and the appointment time.

Brilliant auto-fill feature

Pros

Its nice how client information is saved after the first entry. When I book their next appointment, everything fills in automatically which saves time. It's also nice that if a customer's name was entered incorrectly, I can fix it later and the updated information carries over to the appointment.

Cons

It gets a bit complicated when the appointment is for more than one person. Instead of handling everyone together, each person has to be scheduled separately for that same time slot.
