Switching between the mobile app and browser version feels very natural since they're quite similar which makes it convenient to handle bookings while I'm out and about.

“Simple for me and my staff”
Pros
Running my consulting firm is a lot more manageable with this. It lets me keep track of client quote bookings without any issues and it has made the whole process much simpler for both my office staff and me.
Cons
I can't separate bookings by each client's business. Instead of being able to use different branding, like a separate logo for each calendar booking user, I would need to pay for a separate subscription for myself and for every client.

Pros
Booking appointments for my customers is very simple and the system is easy to use overall. The most valuable part for me is the reminders because they really help a lot.
Cons
I mainly use the app on my phone and every now and then it logs me out unexpectedly so I have to sign in again.

Pros
Bookedin gives the business a polished, professional feel while adding practical, time-saving features that are simple to use. One big improvement has been cutting down on rescheduling. When appointments were booked over the phone, it wasn't realistic to list every open date and time out loud. Since switching to this system, that's no longer an issue because clients can choose the best available slot instead of just taking the first one that works. The appointment reminders and confirmation tools are also very helpful, especially because they create another chance to follow up. Support has been solid too, with help available by phone, chat and even video conference.
Cons
It does seem a bit conservative in its approach. That's not necessarily a bad thing but I'd still like to see more features added along with a more updated payment processing hub.

Pros
It has helped a lot with managing my clients' time better and building stronger customer relationships. Calendar organization, reminders and payment processing are some of the features I appreciate most.
Cons
app can feel a bit complicated to use at first. It would be much better if the interface were simplified or if there were video tutorials available since that can be a challenge for new users, even though it does get easier once you get used to it.

Found it userfriendly and it's been simple to stay on top of everything. Another tattoo artist recommended it to me and since then it has made my bookkeeping much more manageable. I no longer need to handle deposits myself and clients can book their own appointments after the consultation. The automated text and email reminders it sends have also nearly eliminated no-shows, missed calls and late arrivals.
Cons
There really isn't much for me to complain about but one thing I'd still like to see is more flexibility with the text reminders. I can customize the email reminders but not the text messages sent to clients. It would be helpful to add things like a reminder to eat beforehand, bring water, mention my preferred payment method and include aftercare instructions in those texts.

The staff are really happy we switched to it. It's a massive improvement compared with the old paper-based system.
Cons
Managing two locations is a little awkward. Employees who work at both sites had to be set up with multiple email addresses. We've managed around it but I'm hoping for an update that handles multiple locations more efficiently. I also wish the booking page would highlight the individual staff member rather than defaulting to the option for any.

both my customers and I were able to use it without any trouble and being able to collect email addresses so I can reach out to clients about promotions has been really helpful.
Cons

Our chiropractic office relies on this software for scheduling new patient appointments and it has worked out really well. Adding the booking button to our website was simple so patients can set up their own visits without needing help from our staff. They receive text and/or email reminders and since they also pay when they book, missed appointments are very uncommon. We also use the calendar to manage our hyperbaric and massage sessions. The reminder system and the overall simplicity of the design make it a perfect fit for our practice.

In a pretty short period, I went from having no bookings to being relatively busy and this has absolutely been a major part of that growth.

Adding clients and booking appointments was really simple and updating the calendar only took a few clicks. The calendar layout is also very clear so it's easy to read and keep track of everything.
Cons
Customization options felt pretty limited. I could only add a small amount of notes to each appointment and I really wish there were a way to upload photos for each one too.

“One of the best apps out there”

Out of all the apps I've signed up for, this one has easily been the best and I've tested quite a few. The app is very simple to understand and my shop has been using it for nearly a year now. All of my employees enjoy working with it and my daughter, who is the supervisor, loves it too. She recently figured out how to set up the online booking on her own and our clients have been loving that feature as well. The only thing I wish it included is a cancellation fee for same-day cancellations.
Cons
It still doesn't offer a cancellation fee option for same-day cancellations.
