Amazing customer support

Pros

Everything is super simple and the customer service is amazing. They've been really helpful whenever I needed assistance.

Cons

One thing I don't like is that all the barbers can see every customer's information. I'd prefer if it was more restricted.

Pros

This is the first app that reached out to me personally! It was a nice surprise.

Cons

This is the first app I've used that hasn't given me any rewards for loyalty. Kind of a letdown.

Simple to use

Pros

It's so easy to use, the price is reasonable and the interface is very user friendly. Plus, it integrates well with other tools I use.

Cons

I can't set up different payment accounts for different staff or services to take deposits. It would be nice if that was an option.

Amazing software

Pros

Bookedin lets all my employees know what's happening on our calendar in real-time, no matter where they are.

Cons

I wish I could track payments by lesson even if they came from outside the Bookedin program. It would be great to have a feature like the attendance one, where I could mark if a lesson was paid or still needs to be collected.

Pros

The convenience and ease of use are fantastic. I'm also impressed by the great value and customer service.

Cons

The app and website feel a bit different. Blocking out times can also take longer than I expected.

Awesome booking tool

Pros

Booking driving lessons and tests has become so much simpler with Bookedin. It really helps me and my clients stay on top of things and stay organized.

Cons

Best platform for business growth

Pros

In order to attract more customers, I had to upgrade my plan but it's definitely been worth it.

Cons

Bookedin is definitely the best for me. Once a customer books, I know they'll actually show up at my salon and that's such a huge relief.

Daily lot rentals made easy

Pros

It could work perfectly for what it's intended for but I couldn't find another service that worked as well for my needs, so I adapted Bookedin to fit. It's been working out!

Cons

I had a rough start because customer service didn't call me after I scheduled an appointment with them for setup. I was left struggling for weeks before I could figure things out on my own.

Pros

The best way to schedule

Pros

Scheduling used to be so stressful but with this, it's a total game-changer. It really takes all the pressure off and I don't have to worry about getting things mixed up anymore.

Good, but can be improved

Pros

I like how simple it is to use. Honestly, even a toddler could book an appointment if they wanted to.

Cons

I can't use any pictures with my appointments, which is a bummer. Also, sometimes my clients complain that their card doesn't work, which can be frustrating.

Great solution

Pros

It works great with very little oversight. I can just let it do its thing and it books clients smoothly without any trouble. It's such a relief not having to micromanage it.

Cons

It's a bit expensive for what it offers. Honestly, a service like this should be under $10 a month.

Top choice for bookings

Pros

I really appreciate how I can set up my schedule and have it automatically repeat for regular clients. It saves me a ton of time! The reminder texts and emails are also a great feature, they keep everyone on track and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Cons

It can be a little glitchy sometimes. For instance, I can't always edit an appointment, so I end up deleting and rebooking it. It's not a huge issue but it happens now and then.
