Pros
It's been very user-friendly for our older clients and it gives us the level of security we were looking for. Clients can book their appointments on their phones without any trouble which has been a big plus.
Cons
There really hasn't been anything we disliked about the software. The only issue I ran into was the payment process since it was handled as an international transaction.

Pros
Running my barbershop with this system for over two years has been a really positive experience. It's very simple for both me and my clients to use and I honestly haven't run into any issues during that time.
Cons
The only things I'd want added are the ability to purchase two calendars and an option to block unwanted clients from booking online.

“Helpful text reminders”
Pros
Having text reminders built in is really helpful and I can set my working hours clearly in the system. Clients are able to book online and I still get a notification if a booking doesn't end up working for me.
Cons
It can be a bit glitchy at times especially when switching between the phone app and the computer version. The app is also a little more difficult to use.

Pros
all my scheduled meetings organized in one place has been a huge help. The app keeps everything well organized, sends notifications to my clients and includes all the details they need in a clear system. It's very convenient and I even use it on my website so people can book the right meetings directly.
Cons
pricing feels a bit high. It would be better if the cost could come down a little given the current economy. Even so, I still pay for it because it's genuinely useful and I really appreciate how it works like a personal assistant.

Pros
It has been fantastic for my business. It makes scheduling really simple for my clients and I can quickly share the booking link through Facebook, email or text. The client reminder feature is something I really appreciate too. Everything has been working very well so far.
Cons
I still haven't been using it for very long and my busiest season hasn't started yet so at this point I don't have any complaints.

Bookedin lets all my employees know what's happening on our calendar in real-time, no matter where they are.
Cons
I wish I could track payments by lesson even if they came from outside the Bookedin program. It would be great to have a feature like the attendance one, where I could mark if a lesson was paid or still needs to be collected.
