Highly customizable

Pros

Cons

Booking in just a few clicks

Pros

Booking appointments only takes a few clicks and the system is very simple to use and understand.

Cons

Superb reminders feature

Pros

One feature that really helps is the automatic reminders sent to customers before their upcoming appointments. It would be even better if the system could also send an automatic thank-you message to clients after their appointment day because that would be a big added bonus.

Cons

It isn't very suitable for part-time workers. They still have to be set up as calendars and paid for, even if they only get booked once a week.

Doesn�t let me make certain changes

Pros

Getting everything set up was pretty simple overall and it offers the options I need to run my business.

Cons

On the downside, it won't let me, as the administrator, make certain changes. If I try to update multiple things at once, it throws a message saying it "can't do this other processing." It has also allowed double bookings when that definitely shouldn't happen and at times it won't let me book or reschedule appointments at all.

Appointment reminders patients appreciate

Pros

Patients really appreciate being able to book their own appointments and the reminder messages have helped cut down missed visits to a very low number.

Cons

Patient records can't be merged. For instance someone might book using only a first name which the system really shouldn't allow. That can leave me with duplicate patient profiles and there's no option to combine them afterward. It would be much better if there were a prompt like on the iPhone asking whether to merge the information with an existing client.

Provides clear visibility

Pros

Its great to have clear visibility into where my employees are, who they're meeting with and having the available contact information all in one place.

Cons

It gets a little pricey as I add more agents to my team, even though it helps me keep track of where everyone is.

Wonderful cancellation feature

Pros

I really appreciate the cancellation option. It sends clients a reminder about the appointment they booked and if they need to cancel, they can usually let me know with enough notice.

Cons

I was still charged during the COVID-19 shutdown, even though I didn't have any clients at the time.

Superb client database

Pros

Appreciate the automatic reminders it sends to clients, giving them a chance to confirm their appointment or let me know if they need to reschedule. It's also really useful to have a client database where I can keep important details like phone numbers and email addresses all in one place.

Cons

My only frustration is with the mobile app when it comes to payments. Sending or refunding a payment isn't readily available there so I have to open the full website in a browser to use that feature.

Can't double book clients

Pros

The set up was not hard and I was able to enter my services along with the time needed for each one without any trouble.

Cons

Not being able to double book clients is limiting. Also, the app can sometimes take as long as 4 minutes to load when you open it which is really frustrating when a client is standing there waiting to be rebooked. There's also no way to block off time for miscellaneous tasks and if you want to mark vacation or similar time off, you have to go into each individual day and block it manually.

hassle-free online booking

Pros

Patients can book online without any hassle and the flexibility has been a big improvement for my practice. My previous software only allowed appointments in 30-minute blocks which became limiting once things got busier and I needed to move to 20-minute time slots. It also integrated with my website without any trouble.

Cons

The look and feel could be a bit more polished since I'd prefer something more modern. It's also a bit of a wish-list item but I'd love to see deeper integration with my office software as well as platforms like Instagram and Twitter.

Visually appealing

Pros

Right away, the client-facing booking page felt polished and appealing. It's especially helpful that clients can book multiple appointments with different providers on the same day without any hassle. The email reminders are customizable and being able to include links in those reminders is a nice added touch.

Cons

A few things still feel missing. It would be helpful to have a record of the text and email reminders that were sent and to be able to see who cancelled appointments and who created them. It would also be much better if the system could integrate with our merchant service, Square, instead of requiring PayPal.

Incredible outlook sync

Pros

Before using this, I was juggling lesson appointments through text messages and random notes and it constantly turned into a mess. I ended up double-booking and losing track of everything. Now all of my scheduling is organized, whether I'm on my computer or my phone and the Outlook calendar connection makes it even better. It has been a really positive change.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the confirmation process for clients. The wording in the text seems to confuse them so it would help if that part were a bit clearer and more simple.

Being able to take payments before a booking is confirmed has been a really helpful feature.

Keeps you up-to-date

Pros

Handling scheduling for both my clients and myself is very simple. It keeps everything current and sends reminders to clients when lessons are coming up which helps a lot. Overall, it's a fantastic product.

Cons

The system works really well overall but I've run into a few glitches where my schedule suddenly opened up at 2 or 3 a.m. even though those times were blocked off. Aside from that, it's been excellent.

Pros

Cuts down no-shows

Pros

One of the biggest benefits is how it confirms my clients automatically. It sends a few reminders and then a couple of days before the appointment they get a text asking them to confirm or cancel. That's made a huge difference in reducing no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

Cons

It won't send another confirmation text if the client reads the message but still doesn't actually confirm.

Simplifies the whole process

Pros

Scheduling appointments used to take up a huge amount of my time. After putting in a bit of setup work at the start, I was able to plan my availability well in advance. Now I send clients to the software through my website and they can pick the day and time that suits them best on their own. It really removes a lot of the back-and-forth in the process.

Cons

There is definitely some prep involved at the beginning but it ends up being worth it. I do wish it let you update hours for several days at once and I'd also love an option to mark time off as a vacation day instead of just showing it as unavailable.

Saves me a lot of time

Pros

It saves me a lot of time and lets patients book whenever it suits them which has been really convenient.

Cons

The 15-minute buffer between appointments doesn't seem to function properly. On top of that, in clinics with multiple practitioners, clients can't choose the practitioner first, they have to pick a date and then check whether their preferred practitioner is available which feels awkward and takes extra time.

Keeps appointments in order

Pros

Organizing bookings is very simple with this software. It keeps every appointment in order and the customer reminder updates are excellent and always sent at just the right time.

Cons

mobile app could be better since it doesn't let you rearrange your services or upload sample images of your work.
