It has been really simple and my clients really appreciate the reminder texts.
Cons
The part I really do not enjoy is the sign-in process. Every time I log in, it sends an email with a code to access the account. Even if I select the option not to ask again at this location, it still makes me do it every day. That is easily the most frustrating thing about this booking site.

Pros
It has been incredibly easy to manage from day one. The scheduling is customizable and the automatic text reminders for clients are a huge help. Honestly, it feels like having a robot secretary handling things for me.
Cons
I genuinely can't point to anything negative. Every time there's an update something gets improved that I didn't even realize could be made better.

“Huge timesaver”
Pros
Scheduling with this software has been a huge time-saver for both me and my clients. I can organize a full month of appointments and they're able to book from anywhere without all the back-and-forth phone calls and text messages. It's very user-friendly and simple to work with. The email notifications and alerts when clients book or confirm appointments are also really helpful.
Cons
One thing I'd love to have is a way to keep each client's appointment history saved in the system. I also wish the pricing worked better for NZD because being charged in USD definitely hits the bank account harder every month.

“Appreciate the flexibility”

I like how much flexibility the system gives me when it comes to setting operating hours, choosing appointment types and deciding which features patients are able to book.
Cons
It really needs a feature that lets patients click in and view all of their upcoming and past appointments in one place. Another frustration is that I can't disable the email notifications that get sent every time someone books, cancels or changes an appointment. I've been getting flooded with emails because of this and while that may be helpful for some businesses, it's irritating for mine and I wish there were a way to turn those notifications off.

Everything about it worked well for me at first and I was happy with the app right up until it froze. Since then, I haven't been able to log in for the past four weeks, even though all of my staff can still access it without any problem except me.
Cons
At this point, I still can't get into the system even after trying everything I can think of. I'm paying for it every month but can't view appointments or book clients at all. It's been incredibly stressful and is starting to affect my business financially.

Getting started was quick and customizing it to fit my business was simple. It's been a really effective way to collect clients' contact information and linking it to my social media accounts was simple as well.
Cons
reminders only go out by email and not by text. Also, when I book clients in person, it would be much better if I could enter just a phone number instead of having to type in an email address every time.

Text and email confirmations have been a game changer for us.
Cons
A few key features still need some refinement, like not being able to book different services within the same time slot on an individual calendar. It would also help to schedule consultations alongside other services or mark an appointment as needing to be rescheduled. Right now, we have to rely on our limited number of calendars to make that work.

Pros
After trying just about every scheduling platform out there, this one stands out as the best in every way. It's simple to use, works extremely well and the client-facing interface looks polished and attractive. I honestly can't imagine running my hypnosis practice without it.

Being able to manage appointments without physically being at the business is exactly why this software works so well for me. I can open it on my phone, iPad or any computer and handle whatever I need without interrupting the team while they're busy. The confirmation and reminder texts are another huge plus and they've really helped cut down on no-call and no-show appointments.
Cons
I'm very happy with this product and don't have any real complaints. If I could change one thing, I'd want the phone app's monthly appointment view to show more details, similar to what's available on the computer version.
