I love how easy it is to track the business flow here. They show the financial impact of transactions in detail and I can pull up any report I need right away.
Cons
Some of the more advanced features take a bit of time to master. In-built guidance would really help. Also, there are occasional bugs after updates but the team is usually quick to patch them up.

My favorite thing about Bridge LCS is that it brings everything together, freight, customs, invoicing, documents, all in one place. The interface is clean and real-time tracking has been a lifesaver for keeping our clients in the loop. Plus their support team is amazing, fast and actually helpful.
Cons
Some features do take time to learn at first, especially when you're setting things up. The training materials are helpful but having an in-app guide or video walkthroughs would make training new staff a lot smoother.
