“Packed with some good features”
Pros
Crossform offers a lot of features and customization options which is great and useful. The team at Mainstream is also pretty helpful, friendly and supportive. They guided us through the project and addressed all our concerns quickly and professionally. The implementation of the Client Request System was smooth too and it has really streamlined our operations.
Cons
Switching to the program was a real challenge for our team. We struggled to get up to speed and with all the technical issues, it was pretty frustrating. However after going through the process, we have learned a lot from the experience.

It is really easy to use for everyday tasks. My favorite feature is the public exporter as it lets me build and customize reports exactly the way I need them.
Cons
Some of the tables in the security section are difficult to work with. They are not organized in any particular order like alphabetically which makes it harder for us to navigate them.
