Pros
Evatic Service has been a real game changer for my business. It is not just about making things more efficient as it helps me manage operations better with monitoring, dashboards and smart optimization. Even with lower volumes and click prices I have been able to increase profitability. Also it is a great fit for the Document Management Solutions/MPS industry and IT service sectors.
Cons
I cannot think of any issues right now. It might seem a bit outdated at the moment but everything is automated and the workflows reduce a lot of manual tasks. There is also a cloud/web version coming soon and I am really excited for that.

“Simple and well organized software
Pros
It brings contract management, field service and unit/model management together in one easy to use app. Plus having everything in one place has made both our back-office staff and service technicians more efficient and productive. I especially like the checklist feature as it is a big help for technicians who aren't as comfortable with new technology.
Cons
Evatic is a powerful all in one Service Management System that handles everything from the first offer to after-sales service. The best part is having all the info just one click away which makes the whole process so much easier. The only challenge I noticed is that many companies focus only on front-end solutions and miss out on how much smoother things could be with a complete system like this.
