“HD POD viewer is a standout”
Pros
Access has become much more convenient lately and overall the platform has been working really well. One feature I genuinely appreciate is the High Definition POD and RVP Attachment Viewer. Being able to display raw, uncompressed captured images right in the web portal means I can zoom in clearly on shipping labels and flyer serial numbers. That one function goes a long way in resolving physical scan disputes and makes it quick to confirm whether a returned shipment was swapped or picked up incorrectly. It has also made field associates much more careful with physical pickup tagging since they know label serial numbers and flyer IDs are being audited in full resolution.
Cons
A current challenge comes up when field staff are working in areas with weak connectivity. In those cases, status updates and payment collection triggers get queued locally in OTM. After the connection is restored, the sync events are sent in batches but the dashboard logs do not always clearly or immediately show whether the delay was caused by queued events or by failed API payload transmissions. There are also times when the system does not respond quickly enough which seems to be due to a technical glitch. This increases staff wait time and can delay or hold deliveries since real time sync is expected as soon as OTM completes the sync successfully.
