Pros

Managing large volumes of orders across multiple hubs and cities has become much more organized with this. The routing feature and live tracking make it much easier to monitor operations in real time and stay on top of deliveries. It helps us get orders to end customers on time and has also played a big role in lowering our last mile delivery costs.

Cons

I cant think of any major downsides.

All its features works really well in helping us manage our orders and deliveries. Any time we have a problem come up the customer service team provides support right away whenever it's needed.

The integration worked really well and the service quality was excellent. On a recent project, everything came together properly and the project was completed on time.

Having end to end real time visibility makes a big difference. All the order details are available in a single report which makes the overall analytics much easier to follow and work with.

The dashboard can take quite a while to load and there are times when it doesn't display the correct data.

Whenever there's a logistics related issue or any other concern, the team is very supportive and works hard to get it resolved within the expected time frame. It has been really good working with the team because they help close issues efficiently and stay involved until things are sorted out.

One area that still needs improvement is the response time because whenever a ticket is raised, the initial reply tends to come late.

Customers get prompt updates about dispatch status and expected delivery times which keeps them informed throughout the order process.

Features like in transit trip visibility, routing, history tracking and live tracking are really useful for checking where drivers are while they're out making deliveries.

Really easy to work with. The interface is simple to navigate which has helped make our daily operations run much more efficiently. On top of that the reporting system works very well and gives us the insights we need.

At this point, everything is working well and we have not run into any major issues.

This has been really helpful for handling last mile deliveries and keeping track of the number of orders we manage each day. One of its strongest features is its routing capability. It makes it much simpler to handle bulk orders coming from different cities and areas and it helps us combine a large volume of orders into one grouped order.

One of the biggest advantages of this app is its routing capability along with bulk order management. It lets us assign multiple orders for the same city and hub in one go which has really helped us keep deliveries on schedule and reach customers on time. This integrates well with our existing system and pushing multiple orders into the platform is quite simple and convenient.

Honestly, I've enjoyed using this software and dont have any complaints.

Tracking, reporting and workflow management all being in one platform really helps keep the entire delivery process organized. It gives clear visibility from beginning to end and makes it much simpler to stay on top of operations throughout.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the speed of tracking event synchronization, particularly when volumes are high. Faster and more consistent updates would make the experience even better.

The dashboard is easy to navigate and the reporting and analytics tools are especially strong. It makes it simple to track what's happening and pull useful insights without much effort.

It has some minor issues like occasional login errors, screens that take too long to load and alerts not updating as quickly as they should.

There needs to be better support for managing change pointers since many of the integration problems come from not being able to handle them properly.

Honestly, there have been bugs during deployment and data tends to go missing on a regular basis.

Huge kudos to the support team for always helping us out whenever we've needed it. The rate calculation works really well and the customization options are strong as well.

I think there's still room to improve the logic behind the structure, the LMDS layout, dashboards, route optimization and the sync errors. It would also help to have split weight and volume for each sales order by vehicle load types like truckloads, vanloads and similar categories.

Getting into the system isnt difficult and the interface feels very user friendly overall.

When it comes to reports, there isn't a specific TN available and the only option is to download it.

Pros

Routing tools, reporting, bulk order handling and vehicle management have all been really useful. It also makes e way bill generation simple. The dashboard gives us a clear view of our day to day metrics and the customer support team is responsive and quick to help.

Cons

I'd love to see is a mobile scanner that can automatically capture odometer readings. That would cut down the rider's manual effort quite a bit.

This has been really useful for routing especially with the FarEye Routing tool, Plant Route module, Logs and reports. I also appreciate being able to mass upload data through Excel files which helps a lot when handling larger volumes of information.

It still has quite a few limitations in the FE TMS system. It is not customized for specific countries and the FE routing tool does not let end users export raw data fields such as vehicle id, stop id, job id, vehicle name, stop number, stop name, type, stop address, stop latitude, stop longitude, required skills, has violation, arrival time, waiting time, stop duration, leave time, start time window, end time window, time window violation, travel cost, travel km, travel time, total travel cost, total travel km and total travel time. On top of that the routing tool currently only supports trucks delivering once per day so it cannot handle vehicles delivering two or three times daily. It also supports only two parameters, weight and volume, while other routing tools like Open Door Logistics, Open Route Service and Graphhopper with Jsprit can support more. Another drawback is that the FE TMS system does not support API or command line integration with other applications such as Excel, Python or R. It also lacks support for many constraints, costs and rules needed to solve different routing scenarios like parcel delivery, mobile technician scheduling, patient transportation and periodic planning. Even with those limitations, the FE TMS system is still good at planning efficient vehicle routes for many different job types.

It has been really helpful for handling both cross dock orders and large, bulky shipments, thanks to the variety of features it provides to support those workflows. It features integrate well with our system and are simple to use.
