“Excellent tool for field service”
Pros
I really like how everything in this app works seamlessly together. I can quickly assign assets to jobs, customers or addresses and easily find them later which is perfect for managing maintenance agreements. The system is simple to navigate too and the support team has been excellent. Also I really like being able to store RAMS and key qualifications all in one place. It has already saved us from a few job delays and makes health and safety much easier to manage.
Cons
The only downside I can think of is adjusting to a new process but thanks to the excellent training, this was not much of an issue at all.
