Pros
ForceLink makes it simple to configure workflows that fit our specific business needs. Plus the drag and drop scheduling, user-friendly mobile app and customizable forms and reports are all proven highly beneficial. Also it covers everything you need from a Field Service Management system with the added benefit of flexibility.
Cons
So far I have not found anything I dislike.
