“Organized workflow hub”

Pros

The interface feels clean and simple and it brings tasks, projects and workflows together in one organized place. Everything is laid out well which really helps with staying efficient and keeping work on track.

Cons

A few features do come with a bit of a learning curve and some of the customization settings could offer more flexibility. Aside from that, it has been excellent.

Pros

Having all employee information in one centralized system has been really valuable for us. It works very well for tracking time and attendance and the payroll integration helps cut down a lot of manual work.

Cons

I haven't come across anything to dislike about it. It has been very helpful, makes our work much simpler and removes the need for so many manual tasks so I'd definitely recommend others give it a try.

“Easy project coordination”

Pros

Right from the start the platform feels very simple and easy to use which makes managing projects and daily tasks much more efficient. It also gives a clear overview of workflows and does a good job of improving coordination across the team.

Cons

It has a few limitations that are the lack of more advanced customization options and deeper reporting capabilities. It can also feel a bit less flexible when dealing with more complex workflows or when trying to scale for larger project demands.

Pros

At first glance the interface is generally well organized and works well for smaller businesses. Core features like time tracking and the quote overview are implemented greatly and do their job reliably.

Cons

The quote form is unfortunately not very flexible so custom adjustments or more complex line items are difficult to handle. I also can't schedule subcontractors directly which is something our workflow really depends on. On top of that, creating to-dos is extremely tedious and not very simple.

Right away the platform gives a clear interface, great project management tools and efficient workflow tracking which makes handling construction projects much more manageable from the planning stage through execution.

Cons

A few features can feel a bit too complex at the beginning and now and then an update interrupts the usual workflow or introduces small bugs.

I can use it on any device without having to install anything first.

Cons

The layout when creating quotes and invoices is decent and gets the job done but it could definitely be better organized.

One thing I don't care for is the way the information is displayed on the website.

Since the customer is not using it to its full extent yet there are no specific drawbacks to mention at the moment.

This software stands out for its excellent overall quality and impressive range of features which have helped improve our operational efficiency. The simple interface is especially useful and the convenient integration of scheduling and quote creation makes day-to-day work much more convenient.

There have been a few occasional usability issues, mainly with the mobile app. The pricing could also be a challenge for smaller businesses.

It has aligned our business processes especially when it comes to mobile data capture and scheduling. The customer support is outstanding and provides help very quickly.

User experience could be improved and the price is a bit high compared with some competing products.

“Versatile planning”

Pros

After bringing in it we ended up with software that's easy to understand and flexible enough to use in many different situations. The connection between appointment and project planning in the office and the related quote and invoice creation works really well. The app is also a big help for our colleagues on site since it keeps all the important data at hand and makes communication much easier.

We don't have anything negative to report from our side ,-)

“Top mobile app and planning tools”

Pros

This cloud-based software has brought a lot of advantages for our team. We were especially won over by the mobile app the overall look of the platform and the range of features it offers. We also really value how the company keeps improving the product, along with the built-in planning board that helps us schedule our employees efficiently. On top of that the IDS interface saves us a lot of time because it lets us place orders directly with the wholesaler.

Cons

One thing we would still like to see is break times being deducted automatically from time tracking. As far as we know from the product portal though, that feature is already being worked on by it.

“Fantastic value with practical features”

Pros

Using it has been very easy and the value for money is excellent. We especially appreciate the ready-made text templates and the document creation tools. The user-friendly setup and the option to work with it in the cloud have made our day-to-day work much easier. On top of that the role and access rights management is very useful, as is the ability to handle HR administration and vacation requests in one place.

Cons

A connection to Datev Online would still be a welcome addition although it seems that feature is already being developed.

“Smart tools for better digitization”

Pros

It felt like a really smart solution that made the whole digitization process much easier for us. We especially value the ready-made texts the email templates and how simple it is to add images. The app and the excellent documentation have genuinely changed the way we work day to day. The project pipeline the system provides has also turned out to be extremely useful.

Cons

One feature we would still love to have is the ability for emails to come directly into it or at least to quickly decide from within our mail account whether a message should be added to a specific project in it.

“Versatile tools for daily work”

Pros

Right from the start, it has offered a really strong combination of site documentation and accounting. The time tracking feature is another big advantage for us and makes day-to-day work much easier. Its fast, easy usability is especially convincing and the drag-and-drop function works very well. We also really value the option to adjust the VAT rate the app for capturing signatures on site and the template feature.

Cons

It would be even better if it included a receipt-scanning function for accounting. An additional language option especially French, would also be a welcome improvement.

“Great cloud access”

Pros

From my perspective it is incredibly simple and getting started takes almost no effort. The cloud-based setup lets us access everything from anywhere at any time which is a big advantage for our team. One feature I especially want to mention is the drag-and-drop function when creating documents because it makes adding items unbelievably simple. When we take photos on site, we just insert them into the prepared documents and they are basically finished right away.

Cons

Up to this point, we have not run into any major issues or noticeable downsides with it. Any challenges that have come up so far were handled quickly and effectively by it's support team.

“best app for daily work”

Pros

This app has been fantastic for us. My employees use it every day to work through their jobs and it has become a real part of their routine. It has also sped things up a lot in the office since I can take site reports and quotes directly into the invoice process and then send everything out by email with just one click.

Cons

At the beginning, it was a bit hard to get a clear overview because the software offers so many features. Still, you get used to it quickly and a lot of it starts to make sense on its own after a short time.
