“Pretty exceptional tool”
Pros
It simple and easy to use with everything we need in an all in one software solution.
Cons
The admin rights are too limited and if errors or issues occur, the messages are too vague making it harder for us to troubleshoot.

“Does exactly what it says!”
Pros
In urgent or high priority situations they take quick action and I got to mention that they are great project partners, working closely with us to provide practical, goal focused solutions and showing innovation even when collaborating with other partners.
Cons
With transaction based billing I noticed that tasks without priority can take a long time to process.
