Simple for the whole team, needs better scheduling messages

Pros

The system is really simple for everyone. It's easy to use, simple to navigate and my team out in the field has no trouble operating it.

Cons

I'd love a "back to today" button in the scheduler and a way to leave notes that span multiple days. Right now I have to use tasks to write things like "School Holidays" so the team knows a park will be busier than usual.

User-friendly and adaptable

Pros

Love how user-friendly it is and that we can adapt the setup to match how we work, from business templates to pricing and quotes. It's also great being able to watch a job's progress throughout the day.

Cons

We'd really benefit from a proper workshop stock management feature to track what materials we have on hand.

Genuinely simple with powerful features

Pros

It's genuinely simple. A lot of software claims to be but this is the easiest one I've found. It's easy to navigate, looks clean but still has powerful features when you need to dig deeper. It does everything we need it to do and actually saved us from having to hire an admin person.

Cons

The only limitation is that there's no app for Windows Mobile only for Android and iOS.
