“Turned things around for us
Pros
Jobfilez has completely modernized our 50 year old business and made us far more efficient. Our sales have nearly doubled with the same staff, thanks to the systems transparency which showed us where to improve. We have strengthened our strong points, fixed weaknesses and even made the job more exciting by cutting out a lot of the stress and unknowns. The software is also simple, user-friendly and works anywhere even on mobile. Implementation was smooth too and the support team has been excellent. Also I love the built-in templates for creating offers, real-time sales reports and the ability to track bookings by salesperson. The margin feature helps us adjust jobs on the go and overall this tool has been key to our success.
Cons
Letting go of all the paper was tough for us at first. I held onto it for a while but now we are completely paperless. Transitioning from using paper work orders for 30 years was challenging, but now we cannot imagine working any other way.
