“Loved this product and support
Pros
We really like how customizable this software is allowing us to tailor it to fit our business needs. The customer support has been excellent too both during the setup and after implementation. The software has given our scheduling team amazing capabilities completely transforming how we manage our field technicians.
Cons
The Nextservice team quickly addressed all of our initial concerns by customizing our setup and collaborating with us to get everything up and running. As a result we really don't have any cons to mention now.

“Really improved our service
Pros
It helps our field engineers be in the right spot at the right time providing them with complete service histories, client information and invoicing tools in the field, which is a huge benefit. Also we love the real-time insights and having everything we need on a single platform. Since we started using it we have cut down on lost stock and tools by 98% and we have completely eliminated the need for paperwork.
Cons
We honestly do not have any complaints about this software. It is perfectly suited for a business like ours that needs asset-based servicing and field inventory management, providing us with everything we need to operate smoothly.
