Using it is not a problem at all

Pros

The form builder makes it easy to create multiple forms, duplicate them and compare questions across versions. It works seamlessly on desktop, laptop and mobile. Offline data collection is excellent too as we can store everything locally, including GPS coordinates and upload it later without losing information. Editing forms in real time while testing is a big plus and existing data stays safe. Even after collecting data we can still make edits. Moreover, the data viewer shows progress in both table and map formats and creating or exporting graphs and reports is simple. Technical support responds quickly and solves issues effectively.

Cons

Graphs and reports are limited when editing them in Excel or Word. I feel like it would be great if report generation included more statistical options like averages, counts and distribution analysis for different question types all in one report.

Changed the way our team work

Pros

What I love most is how easy it is to navigate. Project managers can access field data as soon as it is collected which has transformed how our teams work together and attaching photos directly to data entries is essential for our work, the export feature also works perfectly. Plus custom forms give us the flexibility we need and working offline with the option to sync later has been a gamechanger for remote locations. On top of that the support team is outstanding as they are quick to respond and truly professional.

Cons

I wish there was a way to make bulk changes though the team mentioned this feature is in the works for upcoming releases which is encouraging.
