Adaptable and Beginner Friendly CRM

Pros

The interface is user friendly and easy to use. The integration with billing tools like QuickBooks saves a lot of time on invoicing and the reporting features are solid for client deliverables.

Cons

I wish there were automatic recurring tickets for specific people to help with internal record keeping as that feature would be really useful.
