I've been working in door-to-door sales for years and this has consistently been our go-to platform. Managers can easily assign territories while tracking each rep's progress in real-time. The detailed tracking features let us monitor prospect information, working hours, rep locations and all the customer data we need to stay organized.

Techs can wrap up preset jobs

Pros

Really impressed with how smoothly it works. Our field techs can easily pull from warehouse inventory, get customer signatures on contracts and wrap up preset jobs without any difficulty.

Cons

Pros

The canvas feature is useful for our door-to-door sales work. It really helps us figure out where we're headed next. The geo-locator works pretty well too.

Cons

Pros

I appreciate being able to jot down notes and keep track of client conversations with detailed comments. It helps me remember exactly what we discussed and where things stand.

Cons

Sometimes the information isn't current, which leaves me scrambling when clients expect me to know their correct details. Would also be nice to have an option for attaching photos directly to files.

Map feature is my favorite

Pros

I really enjoy the mapping functionality and it's probably what I use most. The maps stay current and being able to add detailed notes for each house is very useful.

Cons

The glitches this summer were really frustrating. Had issues submitting contracts and other problems that slowed things down quite a bit.
