I miss using it

Pros

Can access everything from my phone when I'm out in the field, which makes signing documents and sending them back to headquarters really convenient.

Cons

I miss having this at my new job. Didn't appreciate how well it worked until I left and had to use something else.

Doesn't take much effort to get going

Pros

I love it's user-friendly nature. I got up and running almost immediately without needing extensive training or tutorials.

Cons

Leaderboard can be pretty glitchy sometimes. It doesn't always update at the same pace as when stats get recorded, which is frustrating.

Their team resolved my issue

Pros

I made a big mistake switching offices during summer and lost everything but when I called support they rescued me with their backup files. Getting everyone switched back saved all our areas and notes, what a relief!

Cons

Haven't really run into anything that couldn't be resolved when issues came up.

Wonderful for our pest control business

Pros

I've been selling pest control for five summers and the last two years with this tool have been wonderful. Before, I relied on paper notes and scribbled addresses to track which doors I'd knocked. Since door-to-door is all about numbers, I hate wasting time between houses. I actually ignore group texts because I can't afford to lose focus. This platform lets me quickly drop pins for leads and use voice-to-text for notes while I'm already heading to the next door. The contract process became so much simpler too. Customers can easily review agreements and sign digitally without any problem.

Cons

What bothered me was the occasional technical glitches where the app would freeze up and I couldnt access my leads or use any features. The worst incident lasted about 2 hours, though I just switched to paper agreements and kept working so it wasn't catastrophic. Thankfully it only happened once.

Pros

useful notifications for scheduled appointments

Pros

I can finish entire agreements right within the platform which saves me tons of time. The lead tracking feature is awesome. It helps me stay organized with all my customers and the conversations I've had with them. Plus, I get automatic notifications for scheduled appointments so I never miss anything important.

Cons

The frequent glitches and unexpected shutdowns really frustrate me especially when they happen at critical moments during sales conversations. When the system goes down, I'm forced to restart entire transactions from scratch through the call center rather than using the platform directly.

effective Door-to-Door Sales Tool

Pros

I noticed a massive improvement in my door-to-door work once I started using this tool. Before, I was just randomly hitting houses without any real strategy. excellent solution for tracking leads and customers

Pros

The ability to have all my selling resources right at my fingertips without lugging around a huge binder is fantastic. It's incredible for tracking leads, customers and sales production.

Cons

The inability to customize lead status icons in the data grid makes it hard to visually distinguish between different types of leads we've uploaded.

Awesome signing feature

Pros

everything is organized so cleanly in the agreements area. Being able to monitor my team's location through the map pins they drop is great and the finger-touch signing feature absolutely amazes me.

Cons

The note-taking feature is frustrating since I can't add them during the initial agreement setup. I have to navigate to a separate section instead of handling everything in one place where all the other details are entered.

Pros
