Pros
What matters most to me is staying on top of my appointments and keeping customer details in one place. SalesRabbit has been doing a pretty solid job for that and it helps me feel more organized during the day.
Cons
One issue I keep running into is the map pins landing in the wrong place especially when I�m working in newer areas. Sometimes the pins bunch up somewhere else and that makes the map hard for me to rely on. On top of that, the support team hasn�t helped me get these problems closed out and my tickets just sit open including the mapping one. I don�t care how great a tool is on paper, if the support behind it can�t fix basic issues, it ends up being a waste.

The software is very user-friendly which made getting started easy. Setup and integration happened in manageable chunks with their support team guiding us through everything. The support staff responds quickly whenever we have questions. We actually tried switching to a different platform but ended up coming back because this one works so well. I don't like how it fails when I try to add a new rep if that email address is already in use somewhere else.
