Unreliable maps and poor support

Pros

What matters most to me is staying on top of my appointments and keeping customer details in one place. SalesRabbit has been doing a pretty solid job for that and it helps me feel more organized during the day.

Cons

One issue I keep running into is the map pins landing in the wrong place especially when I�m working in newer areas. Sometimes the pins bunch up somewhere else and that makes the map hard for me to rely on. On top of that, the support team hasn�t helped me get these problems closed out and my tickets just sit open including the mapping one. I don�t care how great a tool is on paper, if the support behind it can�t fix basic issues, it ends up being a waste.

The biggest win for me is being able to monitor new leads and keep up with them without losing track. It helps me stay consistent so I don�t miss chances that could turn into real deals.

Cons

What trips me up is the number of label options for leads and non-leads. There are so many choices that it can slow me down when I�m just trying to tag things quickly and move on.

Important part of our workflow!

Pros

The software is very user-friendly which made getting started easy. Setup and integration happened in manageable chunks with their support team guiding us through everything. The support staff responds quickly whenever we have questions. We actually tried switching to a different platform but ended up coming back because this one works so well. All our reps use it daily now to track their leads and it's become an essential part of our workflow.

Cons

I don't like how it fails when I try to add a new rep if that email address is already in use somewhere else.
