Pros

The team behind this platform has incredible expertise in there field. Every question I had was answered clearly and thoroughly. They really went above and beyond to ensure I received excellent service and support. The onboarding process made implementation with my team very simple.

Cons

The software could use some fine-tuning in certain areas and feels like it needs a bit more polishing to really shine, though everything functions properly without any major problems.

The best system I've used over the years

Pros

Would recommend to everyone!

Pros

I've been working with it for several months and it's been outstanding. Boots up fast and runs smoothly without any delays. The sketch board feature is particularly useful making it much easier to break down pricing and deals for customers visually. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for solid sales tracking capabilities.

Provides valuable information

Pros

In our experience it's been very simple to manage. Having access to detailed data really boosts my confidence when I'm meeting with customers face-to-face.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a negative. Since this is my first experience with dealership software, I don't have anything to compare it to but I honestly can't imagine needing anything else.

Lets me plan my routes

Pros

The map feature was my favorite part. I could easily see where all my leads were and plan my route accordingly. The disposition customization was simple and worked perfectly for my needs. Getting this integrated into my sales toolkit happened almost instantly which was great. Support team was always there when I ran into any issues and I ended up using it five days a week right from the start.

Cons

this application has exceeded my expectations in every way and I can't think of any downsides.

Pros

I can track down whatever I need as long as I filed it correctly in the first place and making changes is really simple.

Cons

The app crashes whenever I rotate my phone to landscape mode, though it works fine when I keep it in portrait orientation.

Cons

Well designed app

Pros

I appreciate how smoothly everything operates, plus the various methods for viewing lead disposition and tracking marketer locations with their performance stats. The functionality is solid and the app has a clean, user-friendly design that's easy to use.

Cons

Has some serious glitches that are really affecting our workflow. Right now there's a major bug where my marketing team is disposing homes but the dispositions just vanish or team members get booted from their areas. Sometimes the houses won't even load properly. These problems seem like they'd be simple to resolve but they're absolutely critical issues for our line of work.

Pros

Simple to save contacts, locations and notes

Pros

Ease of saving contacts, locations and notes about client conversations really impressed me, plus being able to email that information to myself was very convenient. I'd definitely recommend this to others without hesitation.

Cons

Thankful for this great tool

Pros

Over the first couple weeks, I mainly used this just to track which houses I'd visited but gradually discovered there's a whole world of features I'd missed initially. Once I learned its full potential, it became my essential work companion. I wouldn't go door-to-door without it anymore. Thanks for such a great tool!

Cons

Would be nice if the fields populated quicker when I'm in areas with poor signal, though I get that's not really anyone's fault.

Effective for marking locations

Pros

I'd say its userfriendly and really effective for marking locations. The interface is tidy so I picked it up quickly without much issues.

Cons

The mapping feature could be better, would love if it showed directions like Google Maps does. Also wish the system would send alerts about hot selling locations that are marked in the database.

So happy with the recent update

Pros

I'm really grateful the developers rolled out that recent update. Now I can easily transfer homeowner data to another platform we use at work. This tool makes my daily routine so much more convenient.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that before the recent update, transferring homeowner data to our other platform wasn't smooth at all. Fortunately, the team fixed that issue and now everything works like it should.
