Appealing design

Pros

The app's simple design really appeals to me and being able to access it from anywhere is fantastic. You can tell it was built by folks who genuinely know their stuff. Honestly, I'm grateful for having this tool as it's been a lifesaver throughout the entire summer season!

Cons

The app can be a bit laggy and has some bugs but that's pretty typical for newer software. Nothing's perfect right out the gate as these things take time to polish and I can tell the team is working hard to improve it.

So easy to use

Pros

I really like how easy to use it is. The color-coded tagging system for different dispositions is brilliant and the ability to maintain notes adds significant value to my workflow.

Cons

I can't really pinpoint anything I dislike about it. Been using this for more than a year now and I still haven't figured out how to use all the features it has to offer.

Google maps shows routes

Pros

I can easily drop pins on properties and the lead quality is solid. Setting up appointments is simple and having Google Maps integration for routing makes my day so much smoother.

Cons

I never really touch the leaderboards or stats sections and they just sit there unused for me.

Afraid of data breaches

Pros

The support team gets back to me quickly when I need help. Having everything consolidated in a single application makes my workflow much smoother.

Cons

The security concerns really bother me. Some features feel poorly designed and could expose our data. I'm constantly finding myself doing manual workarounds just to get basic functionality which is frustrating.

Helpful for planning appointments

Pros

SalesHub feature with maps and routing capability is wonderful. Makes planning my daily appointment schedule so much easier before heading out.

Cons

Maps feature is my main problem, you have to zoom in way too much to actually read the street addresses which gets annoying when you're trying to locate properties quickly.

Easy to log visits

Pros

Really simple to track door-to-door visits. You just click on the color-coded buttons to mark what happened at each house.

Cons

Sometimes when the service is running poorly, it takes a moment to load up. It's been logging appointments this week that I never actually scheduled, might be some kind of glitch though I don't think other users are experiencing this issue.

I really appreciate being able to track which clients we've contacted, who declined our services, completed inspections, signed contracts or simply aren't interested in solicitors. The contact marking system offers plenty of options that help me stay organized while keeping my team in the loop. It's easy to spot oversaturated areas versus territories that need more attention. Our profit margins have definitely improved since implementing this tool.

Cons

The only problem I've run into is syncing issues between different operating systems. When I'm using my iPad, I can see certain activity areas and tags but when I switch to my Android phone, those same tags don't show up even though my filter settings are identical on both devices.

The bugs and crashes are relentless and it's incredibly frustrating. When I'm traveling internationally, accessing it becomes nearly impossible even with a VPN and there's zero support to help resolve these issues.

Customer service team never keeps us waiting

Pros

Customer service has never let us down and they're always willing to help with any questions I have. The pins are really easy to read and the apps generally work smoothly. It's user-friendly with plenty of options to choose from.

Cons

The app crashes occasionally and kicks me out of my account, though I suspect that might be related to using a business login. When it does go down, it usually comes back up fairly quickly so it's not too big of a deal.

I love how friendly this tool is and the ability to modify lead dispositions is excellent! Been using this for three summers now in d2d sales and I'm constantly impressed with how organized and detailed everything is. Feels user-friendly and honestly the regular updates keep making my workflow smoother. Each year they roll out features that genuinely help me connect with more clients while cutting down on time spent on admin tasks. Can't recommend it enough.

Cons

Previously had serious lag issues with multiple pins, though thats been resolved now. Really wish I could customize the viewing distance for names. Also concerned about map accuracy since I'm not sure when it was last updated, definitely needs a refresh for this year.

Pros

I can easily move pins around and schedule appointments without any difficulty. There are different pin options available, plus I get access to a whiteboard and other useful tools for my daily work. Everything syncronizes perfectly between both my devices.

Cons

Sometimes pins just vanish without warning and I really think there should be a single pin for appointments like the lite version has. The data functionality doesn't perform well either and using it when you have an active area feels awkward.
