“Everything gets tracked but sometimes slow”
Pros
The best thing about it is that everything is documented and you can follow up on every single change. The interface is user-friendly and it's extremely basic without any unnecessary or flashy design.
Cons
There are probably some extra functions I don't personally use but others in the company might. On the other hand, some really basic functions are extremely slow.

“Very smart tool but not for small teams”
Pros
Top feature for me is definitely the AI dispatcher. It consistently cuts down on travel time and always picks the best technician for the job. The mobile app is super reliable, even offline and lets my team close out jobs quickly. The real-time tracking also helps us hit all our service targets.
Cons
It is overly complex for newcomers. It takes a lot of training just to get started and any customization comes with a hefty price tag and takes forever to implement. For smaller teams, it's easy to feel overwhelmed since it seems built for large enterprises with big budgets.

“helpful way to organize work”
Pros
It is incredibly helpful for managing our daily service work. It's great for tracking progress and putting all customer requests in one place, which makes assigning tasks very easy. What really stands out is how quickly I can assign jobs and keep everything organized. I love that assigning and tracking work is so simple,it doesn't require me to constantly follow up. The real-time updates are a lifesaver, saving me from having to check on things manually. I can instantly see who's free, assign jobs fast and track everything easily on the dashboard. Plus it connects perfectly with our other SAP systems like our ERP and CRM. Overall it's a way more organized system than the old spreadsheets and basic tools we used to use.
Cons
Sometimes I find the interface complicated which makes things cumbersome. The workflows often require more clicks than they should for basic tasks, making it less efficient. I also think the UI could be simpler, right now it takes too many steps to do certain things. It would really help if the menus were more interactive and if things loaded faster.

“friendly solution and made my work simple”
Pros
Very simple to use and it makes my work much more straightforward. I love how easy it is to go through the different tabs to make entries and manage materials without any trouble. The initial setup was also very smooth, I just followed the instructions and was up and running without any problems. Overall, I am very satisfied with how it supports my work and I'd definitely recommend it.

“One change updates everything for me”
Pros
I love that I can make one change to a work package and it automatically updates everywhere in the system. I work at a facility that builds multiple ships at once and this feature saves an incredible amount of time.
Cons
Sometimes it glitches and order reservations don't populate right. That means I have to go back and create multiple change orders sometimes just to fix one item.

“reliable tool with poor app”
Pros
I really like how flexible it is. It was user friendly even when I was just starting out and that flexibility helped me find and fix errors efficiently. Having different levels of control for different managers is a big plus and it really helps cut down on mistakes. The real-time scheduling and dispatching are invaluable, they make coordination simple and operations efficient. It also integrates well with tools like our SAP CRM to sync customer info which keeps everything professional and running smoothly.
Cons
The mobile app is frustrating especially when working remotely. The cost and licensing fees feel too high for what you get and the initial setup was more difficult than other tools, making onboarding tough.

Pros
I think the scheduling feature is really nice and so are the mobile interfaces for our technicians. It also fits perfectly with the other SAP solutions we use for our service business. Implementation was simple, especially when we connected it directly to our S/4 system.
Cons
I think this relates more to our overall setup but the integrations between FSM, Service Cloud and S/4 make it hard to get visibility on issues. On the mobile side, we've had challenges when there's a very high number of spare parts that need to be uploaded for field technicians.

Pros
There are so many ways to get exactly what I need. The interface is very good. The system reduces duplicate data and makes tracking and reporting much easier. A lot of manual tasks are automated, which saves a ton of time.
Cons
It requires a lot of licenses. Implementation and maintenance are very expensive. You also need to invest a lot in training and support. Sometimes it can get slow if there's a lot of data.

It's extremely helpful in my IT role. It helps me solve issues I couldn't fix before. The setup was simple and smooth which made getting started smooth and stress-free. I particularly find the test analysis feature useful for my needs. It also integrates easily with other software we use like Criterion which adds a lot of convenience. I'm so satisfied with every aspect that I would buy it again without hesitation. My likelihood of recommending it is a perfect 10 out of 10.

The real-time updates let me see live tech statuses, track travel and make changes on the fly. And the optimized routing is great, it cuts down on travel time and fuel costs by suggesting the best routes.
Cons
It can be difficult to use. The setup is complicated especially for smaller teams without their own IT department. Customizing workflows, forms or integrations usually requires technical expertise or hiring an SAP consultant. Onboarding also takes longer than expected to get dispatchers and field techs fully comfortable with the system.

SAP is a great and very powerful tool. Managing field service can be a tedious task but this makes it so much easier to handle field managers, their skills, their tasks and their current status. it has provided a very simple interface to manage everything.
Cons
