This app is one of the best for making sure your customers are satisfied. It's easy to use and works well with other software we have. There are a lot of useful daily features and their customer service team is quick to answer any questions.

Cons

Pros

We use it to track our team's time, calls, emails and customer meetings. It's very effective for managing our field sales team.

Cons

While SAP is very useful and effective for overall field force service management, the data often tends to be a bit raw. We could benefit from better overall data quality.

A helpful tool for our team

It's an excellent tool that's easy and simple to use. It's affordable and has helped us with our digital transformation. We adopted it to improve customer service, bring innovation to our field service and achieve better business outcomes. It has really helped us maintain strong customer support and build stronger service expertise.

friendly mobile app for clients

Pros

mobile app is very friendly, it's very easy for our clients to use right on their phones and it replaces their old paper process. It also makes the work itself more efficient.

Cons

I think the system needing an internet connection is a tiny inconvenience for engineers in construction. They can upload info later when the internet is back but sometimes it causes errors and the whole procedure pauses and they need to ask for help from consultants like us.

Pros

It's a central database that makes it easy to audit your requisition process because it's set up step-by-step and everything is assigned clearly.

Cons

It's slow and complicated in setup. It's not very user-friendly, you have to use it frequently to get the hang of it.

Pros

reporting features are amazingggg and how easy it is to use once you get the hang of it.

Cons

I dislike the codes you need to get to different screens. You might not even know a screen or option exists if you don't know the code for it.

easy for some tasks

Pros

I like that I don't have to go through too many steps to enter my timesheets. The best part is being able to copy hours from the previous day.

Cons

Entering time is tedious, the system should remember previous schedules especially if you work the same hours each week and let you copy entire timesheets. They also don't give detailed instructions for using other functions like expense sheet entry. Password recovery is a nightmare, too.

Smooth when it works

Pros

I really appreciate the ability to lock certain settings in place so they don't change. It makes my workflow smoother.

Cons

Some fields can't be set to stay the same so you have to key in the same input over and over. You should also be able to get to another screen from the screen you're currently using.
