must have tool once you learn it

Pros

I like how easy it is to track my jobs and technicians live. Having everything in one spot saves me so much time and cuts down on errors. I'd definitely recommend it!

Cons

Some features take time to learn and the setup can feel complex at first especially if you are new to SAP. That said, I do think it's getting better over time.

Powerful tool but cluttered and frustrating

Pros

The best part for me is how it connects our office and our field team so smoothly. Seeing everyone's live location on the map is a total game-changer, it makes scheduling and last-minute changes so much smarter. Also, a huge shout-out for the mobile app working offline. My techs often work in basements or remote spots with no signal, so it's a lifesaver that they can still get signatures and finish reports without losing any info.

Cons

It is super powerful but honestly, it feels a bit bloated sometimes. There are just so many features that the interface can seem cluttered and its hard to use especially if you just need to handle basic tasks without all the extra stuff. Also, my experience with customer support has been hit-or-miss. When we have a critical issue, the first replies often feel scripted and generic which is really frustrating when you just need the problem escalated quickly to keep things running.

Pros

I find it very easy to use. I am also a fan of the mobile app, it's user-friendly and I always have it with me.

Cons

Simplifies everything for our teams

Pros

My favorite part is how it simplifies everything for our field teams. The smart scheduling and live updates are fantastic. Since it connects easily with our other SAP tools, managing jobs and tracking our technicians is very beasy. It just makes us much more efficient and helps us do a better job for our customers.

Cons

downsides for me are the lack of flexibility in some features which often requires extra customization. Performance can also lag with big datasets and offline functionality is not great in certain areas.

Clear data view but buggy

Pros

It is very useful and effective for me. I love being able to check my KPIs and analyze data all in one place, it gives me a super clear view of how we're doing. Setting it up was easytoo, with really clear steps.

Cons

I wish the connection was more stable so it would not log me out so often. Also, the interface design could be improved to make it more accessible and easier to use.

amazing design for simple tasks

Pros

It is to place orders in my SAP system. The design is really simple which I appreciate. Getting it set up initially was also simple to understand and handle.

Centralized solution�. needs mobility

Pros

Having one central schedule is great and it helps me waste less time and frees me up more. Plus, it just makes everything more organized and efficient. I found the system pretty interactive and didn't have much trouble learning it.

Cons

I really think it should have a mobile app.

Saves me time with live tracking

Pros

I love using this for making schedules, live tracking and organizing tasks. It really helps me save time and keeps things tidy. I appreciate the clean look and how easy it is to use. Setup was super simple which was a big plus.

Cons

Some of the ERP settings just were not working for me.

Makes work smooth but works slow

Pros

My favorite thing about it is how it connects people, processes and data in real time. It makes our field work feel smooth and much more focused on the customer.

Cons

While SAP FSM is powerful and comprehensive, deploying it especially in a large or customized SAP setup, can take a lot of time. You really need strong technical skills, good change management and well-aligned processes to make it work.

Pros

I like it for how it's built, how ready it is to use and the easy access. It gives me a clear picture of where to find what I need, so using it is simple. The initial setup was good and user-friendly which really helped my team.

Cons

I don't like how limited the customization options are and I feel like data integration could be better too.

a little complex setup

Pros

What I like best is being able to see and control everything happening in the field. I can check schedules, workloads and job status all in one place, which makes planning and making decisions way easier. It also connects really well with our other SAP systems, so we don't have to do the same work twice and all our data stays consistent between the office and the field.

Cons

My main issue is the setup . Configuring everything takes time and usually needs someone with experience. New users definitely need proper training before they can be productive. Also some workflows are pretty rigid, so making quick changes is harder than it is with other lighter field service tools.

my daily work gets perfect through this tool

Pros

I use it every day for HR stuff and find it really easy. Every task is well-designed and quick. Setting it up was a perfect 10, super smooth for my team. Connecting it with Workday was tricky at first but now it lets us do so much more every day.

Cons

Sometimes it just crashes and I have to restart it. Also the visuals could use an update,its very outdated.

good tool but not user-friendly

Pros

I truely value how accurate and fast this software is. Getting precise data quickly is a huge help when I need to find something specific. I also like all the options it gives me for handling different tasks, like making purchases, changing prices or managing stock. That flexibility lets me handle complicated jobs much more effectively.

Cons

I don't find it very user-friendly. The transactions can be confusing and the interface could be much smoother like more modern software. Plus, there are not enough options to build automatic dashboards which makes it hard to visualize data easily. Getting information out is a issue too, it's not easy to copy and paste tables into spreadsheets, so handling data takes more time than it should.

Works great but costs a lot

Pros

interface is interactive and easy from the very first time you use it. It handles coordinating people, managing inventory and making flexible schedules really well. It connects smoothly with our other SAP apps without a big, expensive conversion. Being able to update work status in real-time helps me control field tasks effectively.

Cons

It can get slow sometimes when there's a lot of data or too many users on it at once. Customizing advanced reports is still complicated and needs more in-depth training to figure out. Also the upfront deployment cost is high especially for small or medium businesses, it's just not reasonable for everyone.

limited customization options

Pros

I love the real-time visibility it gives me over field tasks. It makes scheduling, dispatching and updating jobs super easy. The mobile app is a lifesaver for our techs, they can finish work orders fast with features like adding photos, digital signatures and live updates. The offline mode is also really handy when the signal is bad. It aligns our entire field operation, improves coordination between our warehouse, dispatch and field teams and boosts visibility and productivity overall. It cuts down on paperwork by digitizing everything and automatically assigns jobs based on which tech is available, skilled and closest. This centralized, automated approach cuts down on errors, delays and miscommunication which makes our service more reliable and faster.

Cons

Some features in itcould use improvement. The system can feel slow especially when syncing or loading job details. Customization is pretty limited and even small config changes often require support. The mobile app lags occasionally and offline mode doesn't always work smoothly. I also think the reporting and analytics could be more flexible and easier to use.

smart assistant for our technical jobs

Pros

I appreciate the AI it uses which is great for technical jobs. It makes scheduling and dispatching much more efficient and its route planning optimization is key for successful first-time deliveries and happier customers. Managing who's available and what their role is works outstandingly well for optimizing our team's routes. It also helps cut logistics costs, improves our overall operation efficiency and even helps lower churn rates. Another strong point is how well it integrates with our other ERP systems for things like automatic invoice uploads. Overall it's a very efficient tool for us.

awsome Ai but needs some polish

Pros

I like the powerful AI-driven scheduling and dispatching. It lets my team deploy technicians efficiently which boosts their productivity and makes our customers happier. I also really appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with our existing SAP ERP and CRM systems, it fits right into our current processes. Plus, the setup was simple especially for self-contained parts like the customer service portal. All this makes for an efficient and user-friendly experience that works great for us.

Cons

the user interface could be better. There are some ongoing integration and sync issues and the mobile app has certain limitations that can be frustrating. I also think the AI-powered automation could be enhanced more especially to improve the user experience. Better integration with service products and production orders is something I've noticed is needed, too.

best choice for our business

Pros

the outstanding workflows and excellent dispatch and scheduling capabilities are worth mentioning. It's hugely beneficial how it connects seamlessly with asset management, customer service and IT service management. The automation features are impressive and I think the user interface is excellent,it really improves the experience. By solving our paperwork issues and reducing costs, it aligns operations in our industry. I'd strongly recommend it to others, giving it a 9 out of 10.

Cons

I find that some workflows in SAP are very 'SAP-heavy',they take a lot of training to use well. New users might struggle at first but it does get easier with practice.
