It is super powerful but honestly, it feels a bit bloated sometimes. There are just so many features that the interface can seem cluttered and its hard to use especially if you just need to handle basic tasks without all the extra stuff. Also, my experience with customer support has been hit-or-miss. When we have a critical issue, the first replies often feel scripted and generic which is really frustrating when you just need the problem escalated quickly to keep things running.

My main issue is the setup . Configuring everything takes time and usually needs someone with experience. New users definitely need proper training before they can be productive.
