“Works well for my small service shop”
Pros
I really like that this software is specifically designed for the in-home appliance repair service industry. As far as I know it is the only software created by an active appliance repair business owner specifically for this field. Also adding new users and assigning access levels is not a problem anymore and I can easily set permissions for each user from field user to admin level if necessary. The learning curve is really minimal and all my technicians have been able to understand it on the same day they were trained, getting started with minimal help from me.
Cons
To be honest I have no complaints since every issue I have faced has been handled professionally by the designer and resolved promptly.
